Maintain accurate project schedules, order status, budgets, and documentation.
Track and reconcile purchase orders, vendor invoices, client payments, credits, and project costs.
Schedule meetings, deliveries, installations, and other project-related appointments.
Identify potential problems early, communicate concerns promptly, and help develop solutions before issues become emergencies.
Assist in resolving damages, backorders, shipping issues, and other project challenges.
Support Hawthorne House leadership and the Outside Sales Specialist with project coordination and follow-through.
Qualifications
Three or more years of relevant experience in interior design, furnishings, procurement, project coordination, decorative lighting, or a related field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clients.
Working knowledge of furniture and lighting specifications, purchase orders, trade pricing, lead times, COM, freight, receiving, delivery, and installation.
Strong administrative, scheduling, and project-coordination skills.
Experience maintaining and reconciling project budgets and purchasing records.
